By accessing or using Paragon Pawns (the "Website"), including creating an account, making a purchase, or tracking your card collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.
Paragon Pawns sells trading cards and related products. All prices are sourced in US Dollars (USD) and converted to Canadian Dollars (CAD), which is the primary currency for all transactions on the Website.
Prices displayed throughout the Website, including in your cart and at checkout, are estimates only. The final and accurate price is the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page, and that is the amount you will be charged. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the price presented at the Stripe checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Paragon Pawns does not store your credit card or payment details. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms and policies.
All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, contact us and we will review your request. Whether a reason is acceptable is determined at our sole discretion.
Some features of the Website, such as purchasing cards, keeping a purchase history, and tracking your collection, require an account. Sign-in is handled through a third-party identity provider via OpenID Connect; we never store your password. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your identity provider account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The APIs available at api.paragonpawns.com exist solely to power the Website. You may not access, scrape, or otherwise use these APIs outside of the Website without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of the APIs may result in your access being blocked and your account being suspended or terminated.
You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes, but is not limited to:
Trading card names, images, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and publishers. Paragon Pawns is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card publisher. All other content on the Website is the property of Paragon Pawns.
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paragon Pawns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
